Currently, RE is only compatible with the 32-bit version of Office 2016. Most newer PCs are 64-bit and will not run a 32-bit version of Office 2016, making it impossible to have compatibility. When using the incompatible version of Office, it's impossible to run acknowledgement letter merges. This results in lost productivity and frustration. This really needs to be fixed.
