Users may not want to alter their computer's settings in general to create bigger text just in RE7. I think this would help folks with vision issues. Additionally, it would be good for Blackbaud to invest in closed captioning on webinars and other videos. Even if it is automatic and imperfect like it is on Youtube, presently it is impossible to benefit from certain webinars without headphones, playing it out loud, or hearing in general.
