Please upgrade the export/mail merge feature to Office 2016.  Hosted accounts merge to Office 2007 which is outdated and cumbersome.  Merges are currently taking 10-15 minutes for one letter (with no image).  This ties up the system during this time also and results in unproductive time for users.
