Microsoft Office is only as convenient as it is updated. Our institution has used Blackbaud-Raiser's Edge for about 5 years and the "convenient" features of integrated MS Office programs are anything BUT convenient. I have to export data or files (and if they auto-open, immediately close them) and THEN re-open them, in order to utilize the updated program version on my desktop. Outlook Express is extremely slow and does not contain the program features necessary to do business using this app. Essentially, BB has a bunch of programs installed that many people cannot use to the fullest capacity that they are supposed to be used in, simply because of HOW OUTDATED your version is. Please install/upgrade to the most recent version so your customers can get the most use out of these systems.
