Include consent in the default options

It would be useful to be able to setup consent defaults. This would enable the user to add standard consent settings without adding 4 separate consent options for mail, email, phone & SMS.

    Coming across this issue now as we've started using consent to manage our Mailchimp subscriptions on the RE/NXT side. Adding consent opt-ins to offline constituents would be so much easier with a default set rather than having to add them by hand or export/import.
