Currently, emails sent in online express cannot be downloaded as a pdfs to save in an organization's files. This is a common function; for instance, we previously used mailchimp and were able to download emails as pdfs to save in our shared drive for future reference. We catalogue all of our physical mailings and would like to keep the same protocols with email appeals, but the current lack of download functionality makes this difficult.
