If No Address, No Red Check Mark on the Addresses Tab

When creating a new constituent record, even if you don't have a mailing address, the system auto creates a blank address record with Address Type box filled in and the "Send mail to..." box checked off. There is the ability uncheck the "Send mail to..." box when you create a constituent default, but it will still create a blank address record which leaves a red check mark on the addresses tab which falsely leads many users to think that there's address in the record.
