I work for an affordable housing organization that deals with the elderly, and we get a lot of gifts in memory of folks who might be residents. The way that the tribute module works requires the record to be a full constituent before they can be marked as a tribute. It seems like overkill to add a full record for someone's mother just so we can track those tribute gifts when it is much tidier to have that mother just be a relationship record.
