We've been getting a lot of "tributes" lately that aren't really tributes. Things like "In Honor Of all proud Texans...", "In Honor Of all those who served", "In Honor Of the brave men and women in the US Military", etc.

These are things that clutter up the database and provide no useful information, and the gift cannot be processed without actually creating a tribute in the database. There needs to be a way to delete these "tributes" prior to processing the gift.
