Allow searching for inactive and deceased records in Raiser's Edge Mobile App.

It just came to my attention that when searching in the RE mobile app, inactive and deceased records do not show up, and there is no setting that allows you to search for them. I think the mobile app should search for all records, and just like the regular application, you should be able to decide whether or not results should include the inactive and/or deceased records. This is particularly problematic for development officers on the road. One of our development officers was asked about a prospect of ours while on the road and she looked him up in the mobile app on her iPad. The search came up with no results via the app, but it turns out we do have a record for him, and an extensive history of actions. But because he was made inactive at some point, she was not able to view his record at all via the app.

    We ran into this problem as well this week. I can clear the 'inactive' flag if I need to from our records, but the 'deceased' flag is kind of important.
