Add salutation hierarchy in Online Express

At the moment, Online Express does not have any hierarchy features built into the merge fields. So, for example, if I choose the merge field 'Nickname,' any recipients lacking a nickname will get a blank salutation. I'd prefer an option to choose the nickname, followed by a second option if they don't have a nickname. Is it possible to add the same hierarchy feature that exists in the rest of RE?

    Actually working with a client of mine today whose had same frustration.  I'm about to do an export, and import, and basically populate the nickname field (if blank) with a copy of the first name field for every individual record - and spouse relationship.  This is an option in global change also, but I'd rather look/review the data being affected - we're then going to make 'nickname' required.  That way we can confidently use just nickname in the OLX eblasts.  

    I agree with the recommendation though and have voted!
