Screen Resolution

I am visually impaired and I have my computer screen set to a resolution that heightens pitch and font and have enlarged my icons.  Within most program, like Google, WORD, Excel, etc., I can also amplify the resolution to a higher degree so that it makes what I am seeing on the screen easier to read.  However, none of these settings seem to work in the RE environment and there is no way currently to enhance the images within the program itself.  It would be great if in a newer release, Blackbaud provided a "magnifier" option for the program that users could personalize to their specific needs.

    I currently use the database view of Raiser's Edge as this is what I am comfortable using. I was able to change the screen resolution on my laptop, but when I set up the laptop as a multi screen I was unable to access parts of Raiser's Edge. Blackbaud advised that to resolve the issue I would have to return my screen to the original resolution. While this is a suitable solution it still does not resolve the issue with the screen resolution. I hope that the developers can also look into this issue.
