Navigation Bar color choices

We just went to RE Nxt.  My co-workers and I agree that the Blue color on the navigation screen is hard on their eyes. We are on RE all day long. We are suggesting to soften the colors a bit.  The old RE navigation screen had softer blue tones on it.  Does anyone know how to change that in the New Nxt?

    The screens have changed to a blizzard white and I can barely look at them. I must work on RE for 8 hrs a day and feeling like I am going blind. Is anyone else experiencing this? How do you change the brightness. I have tried everything.
