While the online videos are nice, a traditional instruction manual for Online Express would be very helpful. Downloading transactions to Raiser's Edge for the first time, I was pausing and rewinding the video, toggling back-and-forth between windows. The video was very basic, and didn't even touch on matching up Tribute gifts. One thing I like best about being a Blackbaud customer is the awesomely detailed instructions on how to do anything, either in the manuals or the Knowledgebase articles!
