I understand that you want to provide profitable training situations for Blackbaud but these early training videos to get a new employee started were so helpful.  I see that we can still access them on YouTube but I think it is a shame that we can no longer access them at Training Central without cost.  For our users who just view only, it would be a waste of money and time to have them undergo a paid training program, but I like them to understand what they are seeing.  I think you should provide these videos on your website - otherwise if people are just searching the internet they may not get the best information.
