Online Express receipts' template is awkward. I would like to be able to customize the look of Online Express Emailed receipt template, to be able to include a double, detachable Charitable Tax Receipt section at the bottom of the Letter.  Some Charities I have seen have Receipts with a 'double' receipt information section. When filing taxes for charitable donations, one section goes to the tax accountant/revenue agency and one section remains with the Donor.
