It would be great if a Date From and Date To was added, plus field for comments.

I believe it is quite common for MGO's and their directors to need to know how long a prospect has been in cultviation, how many days a prospect was in cultivation before being solicited, etc. There is no built-in way for a user to report this information, unless the user creates a complication work-around, using separate actions or attributes to log these movements and dates.

I think the entire Prospect Tab needs revision. First, managers want to know where their prospects are in the "prospect path" and having just one "Prospect Status" field tells only what stage the prospect is at right now. There should be a customizable list of statuses, date started, date ended, comment and even "Next Steps". How I handle this now is I have a standing set of queries to pull all the various levels (Prospect Status) in the "prospect path". Then, I run Global Adds (weekly) against each query to add a new "status" Attribute to each record. Since Global Add's can't be saved, I have to create them each time I run this routine. But, at least I can tell my prospect managers when their constituents moved from one status to another.
