Sure, no problem :-) Under registrars office -> records -> student records -> open a student record and then click on the medical tab. All of those values (which look like fields to me) are unchangeable. For example, visit, diagnosis, medication, allergy, etc...
I find it odd that some fields are changeable but other's aren't
