When using the AuctionMaestro Pro (AMPro) integration tool for either in-kind items or auctions purchases, it takes a frustratingly large amount of time to copy and paste item names into the gift batch. Organizations need to reference the item in tax letters, so it has to make it into the gift record some how. It would be nice if there was a way the item name could automatically be pulled into a notes field. Something to keep in mind, though, is that often people buy multiple items, so notes might be the best option as there can be multiple notes in a batch.
