When the above is run using a dashboard by qtr it does not show the correct qtrs and therfore is a defunct feature of dashboard.
It would be more helpful for it to read the financial year dates that are enetered in config and then attribute the correct qtrs based on this. At present is uses a calendar year and cannot be used for phasing proposal income.
