Allowing Table Clean up in Cities/States

Rather than exporting, tiding-up and reimporting list. It would be much more efficient if Table Clean Up were available in Configuration on these lists.

      Jeffrey, while I'm sure that tableomatic is cool, this is something that should work in the program. Why should I pay extra for something that should be a program feature?
