Allow import of a gift subtype with debit/credit account number to Funds Distribution lists.

The only way to adjust the fund distribution list NL or GL gift types/subtypes is to either add to or modify existing credit or debit account numbers is to open each fund one by one and to save time use the Copy From button to obtain the data from another fund (like the template). Adding the ability to import to gift type categories new gift subtypes and account numbers via import would help organizations with multiple bank accounts and lots of funds to setup finance transfer details up for all funds much quicker.
