Add Gift Subtypes to Split Gift function

We should be able to split a gift amongst gift subtypes so that the gift can be interfaced to Financial Edge amongst different general ledger accounts.

    I'm currently faced with having to do adjustments for event transactions that include a donation. I can split the gift between the event transaction and the donation, but they're doomed to both have the same gift subtype. I have to adjust the gift to accommodate this, and I feel like it that would be a simple addition in NXT to have a huge impact on our work.

    We need gift subtype to use this functionality since it ties directly to FE GL accounts. We haven't been able to use split gift in DB view for this reason.

    This would also be helpful for transactions at an event, where one form of payment is used for multiple purchases/donations.
