Not sure if this is the same thing or should be posted separately, but conditional (but not necessarily required in our case) attributes would be very useful. For example, the ability to only add specific attributes to actions based on the Action Type. There are times where we must add attributes for very specific reasons and purposes, but the majority of records will never need those attributes. We try not to do this, but if we had conditional attributes it wouldn't be an issue. It would also be another way to control data entry (i.e. if you enter an action type of... then you should only be entering this attribute...).

That is EXACTLY what this suggestion is about.

This would also address the situation where a constituent attribute is desirable for individuals, but not organizations.
