We have users who focus on direct mailings and stewardship who regular create short use attributes to "flag" small groups of constituents. If we could allow these users to create and delete their own temp attributes, without the ability to accidentally affect any one else's attributes. maybe even be able to set expiry dates on attributes, so that they disappear automatically.
