the ability to limit one constituent code per record
To avoid the need for periodic and unending cleanup, it would be great if you could limit the number of Constituent Codes per constituent record to 1.

If you mean to have the "option to limit the number..." - that would be fine. No way do I want it unless it were optional. We use more than one on many records.
