add last installment/payment date due in Export

Want to be able to export the last installment/payment date due for pledges. It's available as an output option in Query, but can not be exported to create Crystal reports.

    There are other threads related to having the same fields available in query as they are in export. This is definitely right up there!

    i wish more would vote for this piece. it's a work around not having it in export since query is just supposed to be a grouping tool and export exports the data.
