Currently, anyone that has a login to the Blackbaud website for our siteID can access the Downloads page and download software. They are apparently restricted from downloading plugins, but not software. Regular users should not be able to download software as they then attempt to install the software themselves. Either this site behavior needs to change or we need to be able to designate who does/doesn't have rights to do this on the BB site.
