Consecutive Gift report should be by FISCAL year not by gift date even though FISCAL year is an option.
If someone gives every fiscal year but not every calendar year, they are excluded on the report because it only reads GIFT date. Although it gives the option based on FISCAL year, it ignores the fiscal year option apparently.0
