Currently we can only designate one ethnicity for a constituent without using a workaround. This doesn't reflect how many people self-identify and limits my ability to know my constituents. Please fix this.

Is there a centralized section in RE to go and update any and all letters, without having to create a batch and using the merge wizard?

Enable the hosting website to accept windows accounts for logging in. I already have RE set up to use Windows authentication, so there's no username/password when launching RE. It would be nice to get into the hosting website the same way.
