When I have a lot of auditing or inputting to do, I work faster using the keyboard than the mouse, so I find it frustrating that I can scroll through query results in a gift or constituent query using the keyboard, but have to double mouse click, or right click and open, to actually open the record. It would save me a lot of time if I could just hit Enter/Return to open the record, or even use the menu key on my keyboard to get the right-click menu and select Open from there.
