A much better duplicate search where you can create various criteria. Right now too many duplicates are not appearing in the report.

Would like to have more control over the duplicate report with various criteria as it was previously. Right now too many duplicates are being missed. I would like to chose the criteria as opposed to Blackbaud picking it for me.

    This is a huge problem and it is causing me HOURS of needless work. At times, the current criteria doesn't even pick up nearly exact duplicates. Please fix this!!!

    Add a unique identifier for suggestions so we can let you know to merge suggestion 101 with 307 because they are the same or similar. Sort matching search results in order of votes (descending) so we can see which have the most votes.
