Linking with outlook is great and should save time... but.... we still have to go into the constituent record after each email to update the action... status / subject line / document name etc. It would be helpful if you added a few extra options in the business rules.
eg. using the subject line of an email to update the action notepad description and or document name and add an auto status of completed.
Yes this would be great - It's crazy having to go into the notepad(3 further clicks) to add the notepad description.
Without doing this all emails moved from outlook to actions look the same - not good.
Even if the subject of the e-mail populated the notepad description this would be better than how it is now..
