I have problems getting an accurate analytical fundraising number each year for our Annual Fund Drive or exporting accurate donor giving data.

I want to be able to get a reading of Gifts & Pledges Received subbing out the duplicates that show up for people that pledge and pay.

If you don't choose pledges it leaves out those people. We count pledges in our numbers and need to be able to see them reflected in our data.

This results in inaccurate data. I have talked with multiple Blackbaud reps to find a way around this and the only solution is to create multiple lines of gifts and then pledges per fund and then manually calculate it.

I want a gift type added "Pledge minus Gift" for the people that pledge and pay their gift. That would enable me to run a report on our total amount in our fund each year by choosing the gift types " "All Cash" and " Pledge minus Gift". It wouldn't double count the pledges and actual cash and it wouldn't leave out the pledges received.

It is very hard to get accurate data readings, or export any sort of donor giving spreadsheet as the gift types are set up right now.
