Adding IBAN and BIC to the list of fields

Adding IBAN and BIC to the list of fields which can be defined as required for financial information

At present, the fields Account Name and Branch Name can be configured, including the option to make them required. In the Euro zone, we no longer have accounts and branches but rather IBAN and BIC. We would like to be able to handle these in the same way.
