In gift exports, fix it so that each split gift amount and separate fund ID show up on different rows in Excel, rather than all on same row.

Related ideas
When we analyze gifts based on fund we have to use query to export which causes other problems. I can't actually think of many times when we don't want to groups gifts in some way by fund, so having them on the same row is kind of a pain.
