Why can't I import ratings?

We have a Ratings tab but the software does not allow us to import to it - only manually enter data on individual records. This seems to be an R. E. shortcoming. Any chance there is a fix in process? Why have the ratings tab at all...?

No, we don't subscribe to the prospect module.

    Don't know that you'll go back to read comments on your suggestion, but just FYI, the rating tab is for the latest "feature" added to RE: the giving score. Look up giving score in knowledgebase.
    It's not ratings like you are thinking, but that would be a nice option.
