There should be a way to be notified when a donor goes into the donor portal and marks there gift as either completed or on hold. For our organization, it is important because we have staff members who support raise their salaries and need to know when people stop giving. Lots of times we won't be able to notice when donations stop until months later. I think a great system would be when people mark their donations complete in the system, an email notification is then sent to assigned email (for example ours would be our finance department).
