My team were trying to figure out why the amount of money received in an integrated batch didn't match their report and after combing through the transactions, it turned out to be a £5 direct donation from JustGiving themselves to a page.

When logging with support, the answer was that "JustGiving" are not a supporter themselves, which I understand, but we have to reconcile all payments with our Finance Team, so we need them to be visible. It would be helpful if they could be included in an integrated batch and then we can choose which constituent they should go against.
