We use a lot of project codes and we fundraise for nearly all of them. Because project code is hard coded into the GL distribution of a gift subtype, we have to create new gift subtypes for every project code we use. We would like to map a gift subtype and have the project code be required, but allow it to be manually entered. If we had this functionality, we could use the same gift subtype again and again for all project codes.

Specifically, we could enter gifts into a batch, and then manually change the project code as needed before submitting to FE for posting.
