When we receive disbursements to our bank account, we need to know net amounts by Fund. BBMS provides reports with details of each gift (gross and net amounts) by donor name but not the FUND it was designated for. The gift record in RENXT shows gross amount and Fund, but not the NET amount. It’s extremely cumbersome and time-consuming to look up every gift record in RENXT to get the Fund and then tie it back to each gift in the disbursement detail report.
