Add the ability if someone makes a recurring

Add the ability if someone makes a recurring gift accidently through BBMS to change it to a one time donation.

If someone sets up a gift as recurring on accident through BBMS, there should be an option to change this to a one-time gift if the original gift has not yet been approved in RE NXT
