In the context of auto populating fields from connected tables.... When redefining an organisation's industry sector (via Bio 2 tab) from what it was at point of creating the organisation's record, the new value does not dynamically update across the records of constituents where this organisation has been added as their employer. eg: a games company may originally have been defined as 'creative industries' but is now being further refined to be 'games' . Despite updating the 'industry' of organisation X to say 'games' sector in Bio2 tab of the organisation, all existing individual constituent records will remain showing as 'creative industries'. Only newly added organisational relationships will have the new value added. To bring a particularly messy database to par with latest thinking around industry sectors, this necessitates mass download for manual manipulation of field value, before mass uploading new values to overwrite outdated values. :(
