I have just started using RENXT event registration forms and therefore I'm doing gift batch processing in NXT for the first time. I would like to add the Funds column to the NXT batch so that I can double check the funds before I approve, and when I do a validation report from database view that information is there. I could work around not having the fund listed if someone registers for Reunion and the Golf Tournament and those go to two funds - just move the registrations and put all of the golf in one batch and all of the reunion in a different batch and just write the fund on the top of the validation report. However, if people register for an event and pay the credit card processing fees, I can't show that it is a split gift on my validation report and so I have to hand write in the amounts for each gift. This makes using the Event registration form (with its great option to pay for credit card processing fees!) unsustainable because my business office can't tell where the money should go.
I don't know why the validation reports can't look the same regardless of which system they come from? Thanks for considering!
