The only way to know a message was sent to you is if you are staring at the Chat Box. If you step away from your desk or begin multitasking, messages are easily ignore or forgotten. At that point the agent will end the session because a response has not been made and you have to begin the process all over again.

The old Chatting system dinged every time and it was helpful to remind you a response was made. Please add this feature to the new system.
