The "Course Name"/"Subject of Study" field is a lookup field, if we want write a query to find everyone who did, for example, a law-related degree we need to do a "one of" search and then manually select every value that contains the word "law".

This can be very time-consuming and you need to know every course which can be spread all over the list: "Business and Law", "International Law", "Spanish and Law". It's very easy to miss one off the list.

It would be very helpful to have a "contains" option on lookup fields (currently only available on free text fields) so that we could simply do a search for everything that "contains law" and find all the subjects.
