I think it would be a lot more user friendly, since checking that box excludes any record which doesn't match that option. "Include" is misleading language because it makes it seem like you'll see the rest of the records.

I accidentally checked the box at some point and couldn't "load from existing batch" until I talked with support and was told to uncheck the box. I probably should have tried unchecking it myself, but it didn't seem like it should matter based on the language on the option. For others like me, who aren't experienced with Raiser's Edge, this could waste a lot of time.
