Window size when building a query using the 'one of' value in education degree

When building a query using the 'one of' value - the window displaying this information is sooooo ridiculously small that you can not clearly scroll down and see the degree names - only the first few letters!
To get around this we have to export the degree list into excel- filter by keyword for the degrees and then once we know what they are, we then pull out our magnifying glass to go and try to find the ones we want in the list of 100's of degrees.
So very frustrating given you can re-size most other windows in RE! Please help Blackbaud!!

I don't know how much BB consolidates suggestions on same topics. Window size to read text in the field is an issue they don't seem to have addressed. I wish they would create one suggestion for text boxes and pop-ups that users want increased. So many windows in query are that way. There are many suggestions each addressing one area.
