I was surprised to see when you run the General Ledger Pre-Posting Report, and the Account Distribution Report, comments on the gifts does not transfer to the reports. When we get Restricted Fund gifts, comments are very important for the finance office to know how this restricted gift is to be posted. Or on the flip side that the Gift Batch Validation Report does not provide GL Account or Fund information, which would be useful.
