Add back feature to activate and deactivate

Add back feature to activate and deactivate restricted use like we had previously before BBID log in

I have 2 people who started as temps and were given limited access in RE 7. Since the switch to BBID login - they've become permanent employees and I have no way of giving them unlimited access now.
